This rhyme is for a those who need that extra strength to carry on in this world.  Someone in my family had a rough day this week.  This is for that person and whoever else needs it.  You know who you are!

Maintain your brain, I know life is rough
Please stay tough, even when you had enough
Keep on living, I know you're tired
Sheets are drenched each night 'cause you perspired

Don't go insane, Call for help, Don't feel shame
